NOPLITOS CON CAMARON - (SHRIMP)
1 ½ Dozen Nopalitos
5 bags dried shrimp
5 eggs
½ cup water
3 tsp. chili powder
Garlic powder – salt & pepper to taste
½ cup cooking oil
Boil cactus for 30 minutes. Rinse off. Mix cactus, dried shrimp, seasoningsand water in a half cup cooking oil and simmer for twenty minutes. Add eggs and cook until eggs are cooked.
